Please read all information listed below before requesting a return:
Paladin Jewelry offers free returns for store credit only, no exchanges. Returns
will be accepted no later than 30 days past the delivery date. The product must be in the same
condition it was received in, unworn and unused. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once
your return has been approved you will be e-mailed a return label. The package must be in the
possession of the USPS within one week.
International Orders
Please be aware that international returns are currently not accepted.
Bundles
Bundled items must be returned as a full set.
Broken Items
If an item arrives broken or damaged, you do not need to submit a return request. Please send an
e-mail with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to receive a replacement or refund.
Return Approval
If your return is approved, you will be sent a shipping label via e-mail, as well as specific
instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are typically processed within five days
of arrival.
Unapproved Returns
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded or
returned.
Additional Information
Original shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. Each order is allowed only one return.
